Rust inhibiting metal primer for Metal Roof Systems. Even where rust has a foothold, special anticorrosion agents in our primer act to inhibit further spread of the oxidation process. Safeguard metal buildings and help them last longer with this protective barrier, which inhibits rust from forming on steel surfaces.
Rust and oxide remover
A concentrated metal roof treatment that etches metal, pacifies rust, and removes oxidation. Rust-Off is an essential tool in the fight to prevent and treat rust on the roof. Mix one part Rust-Off to 20 parts water.

Fastener Plates
Galvalume-coated steel 2" or 3" round plates that provide uniform holding power on insulation, recover boardstock, single-ply membranes. The Conklin® fastener plates meet or exceed required wind uplift requirements in most areas.
Roof System Fasteners
Steel and wood deck fasteners used to secure insulation, recover boardstock, & single-ply membrane. These fasteners are coated with a CR-10 coating to provide a rust resistant finish and are manufactured with a self-piercing point. Available in 2"-12"

Roofing Seam Sealer - Conklin®'s Butyl Tape is a self-adhesive, peel and stick material that combines the strength and elasticity of Spunflex with the built-in qualities of butyl adhesive. Butyl Tape can be used instead of base coat and fabric on metal roof seams.
